What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For standard pump models, the MOQ is 1 unit. For custom designs, MOQ starts at 50 units. We offer flexible terms for new distributors during the first 3 months.
What payment terms do you offer?
New distributors pay 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. After 6 months of partnership, we offer Net 30 terms for qualified distributors. We accept T/T, L/C, and Alibaba Trade Assurance.
Can I get exclusive rights for my region?
Yes. We offer exclusive distribution agreements for defined territories, typically at the country or state level. Exclusivity is granted based on annual purchase commitments and active market development.
What training and support do you provide?
We provide product training videos, technical specification sheets, installation guides, and dedicated account manager support. For large distributors, we can arrange on-site factory visits and in-person training sessions.
What is the warranty and after-sales policy?
All standard pumps carry a 12-month warranty. Solar pumps and premium models come with 24-month coverage. We keep spare parts in stock and ship replacements within 48 hours. Our technical team is available for troubleshooting via email and video call.
