30-Day Return Policy

NOVAPUMP accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Return Process

  1. Contact support@novapump.cn for Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Package item securely in original packaging.
  3. Ship to address provided with RA number.
  4. Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after inspection.

Refund Method

Refunds issued to original payment method. Shipping charges non-refundable unless due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

Report damage within 48 hours for free replacement or full refund including return shipping.
