All prices in USD, excluding taxes and shipping. NOVAPUMP reserves the right to modify prices.

3. Orders & Payment

Payment via T/T bank transfer, L/C, or trade assurance. Pro forma invoices valid 7 days.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on novapump.cn is NOVAPUMP property protected by international copyright law.

5. Limitation of Liability

NOVAPUMP is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability limited to purchase price.

6. Warranty

Standard warranty: 12 months from shipment. Covers manufacturing defects only.

7. Governing Law

Governed by PRC law. Disputes resolved through CIETAC arbitration.
